I am currently filing for divorce after the 3 years of separation. I would like to know in the meantime, while waiting for the Interim Judgement and Final Judgement, in which the whole divorce proceeding will only end early next year (we will be signing the Draft Consent Order first), can I buy an EC under the fiance/fiancee scheme with my boyfriend?

Hi,

Its more advisable to wait until the final judgment is out. Besides, I presume you still have ownership of a property? If so, that will need to be sorted out first as well.
