I am currently 33 and single. I work overseas now. I will return to Singapore when I turn 35. I hope to get my own place then. What I want to know is how much earlier can I start sourcing and choosing resale flats?

Hi you can start shopping for your property 1-2 mths in advance to understand the various design. At the same time, you can explore your housing loan so that you have an idea of the range of resales unit you can look at.

Hi, you can start going for viewing 1 to 2 months before you turn 35 years old. As usually it will take some time to find an ideal unit depending on how selective you are and you may also want to arrange for a 2nd viewing once you shortlisted a few units.
