I am considering to be a DIY buyer as I am confident of handling the paperwork myself.
Considering it is a buyer market currently, I am still open to engaging a buyer agent who can add value by [a] having access to unadvertised units meeting my preferences (4S unit <300m from Khatib MRT, mid/high floor), [b] able to negotiate a significant price below valuation, [c] generally take care of my interest and also process the paperwork flawlessly.
Are these requirements considered realistic?
