I am buying my 1st property with my wife who is a PR. Will I be subjected to the ASD? I am a singaporean.

Morning,

Singaporean's first property purchase which is used as matrimonial housing is not subjected to ABSD.

Hi,

First property purchase as a married couple (at least one SG) will be considered as matrimonial home thus it will not be subject to any ABSD.
