I am buying a resale Hdb 5 room , I am currently at step 5 submit resale application, can I take it as now it’s as good as purchased and approved already? Hfe Loan and grant etc won’t have last min changes?

Hi, it is not as good as purchased until it is completed, but as long as nothing occurs , it should be successful, there won't be any changes to HFE loan and grant normally.
