I am an SPR looking to buy either a resale EM HDB or new private condo. Prepared to service loan up to $3k-$4k per month, however initial cash outlay only $250k. 1) is it possible to secure higher loan than 80%? (Practically no debt except for 7yr old car loan where repayments are prompt) 2) Which is better investment EM HDB or private condo? 3) Will consider all areas in the east as far as Tampines, Ang Mo Kio to north and Buona Vista to west - any recommendations for new private condos?
