I am an SPR and my spouse is an SC. We own a hdb flat. Am I eligible to purchase a private, or could I only purchase private together with my spouse?

Afternoon Chen Bing,

Since you have fulfilled MOP of your HDB unit, you are eligible to purchase private property. Being SPR, you will be required to pay 10% ABSD if you choose to purchase the second unit under your name. If the unit is placed under your spouse name, ABSD will be 7% instead.
