i am an employment Pass holder what are the requirements to buy condo?

Hi,
For condo and non-restricted properties, foreigners are eligible to buy. Restricted properties are properties such as landed properties (bungalows, terrace etc..), state land, Executive condo, HDB etc..
Meanwhile, you might want to get your finances and loan eligibility checked by the bankers and you are good to go.

Simple, if you have enough cash, all u need is a good agent who can assist you in searching for your dream purchase.
Otherwise, you will need a professional banker to work out how much are you able to loan and the amount of cash on hand you can come up with to determine the purchase price range you can look at and then a good agent who can assist you to search your your purchase according to the available budget.
