I am an employment pass holder and my brother is a PR in Singapore. We would like to buy a condo at roughly around 500k.
What kind of loan can we apply for? How much is the minimum cash we would need on hand?

We have condos available for foreigners or PR... financing possible from banks depending on your scenario...

Upfront to book new condos 5%, with payment of 20% in cash/cpf etc . . .

For resale, it will depend on availability & agreed price . . .

    I believe I would be going for resale condo. I just want to know if as a PR my bro would be able to take up to 85% of the full price of the condo.
