I am a work permit holder planning to buy a house with my self employed 34 years old wife, our income is less than $1500 on average.
How much grant can we get?
Are we getting Single grant/EHG(Single)/PHG all tgt?

Hi

Based on your circumstances, your wife may be able to get up to 65k grant plus 10k PHG grant upon meeting certain condition. However as you are a foreigner, only your wife can be named as owner and allowed to finance the loan via CPF. you will be named as an occupier of the flat.
