I am a student and my girlfriend is working, drawing a salary of 6k. Except BTO, please advise options for our 1st house purchase if we consider only one breadwinner to support the mortgage? Thank you

Your options will depend on your lifestyle needs, car loans, student loans etc. In addition, the amount of CASH/CPF savings will determine whether a sole breadwinner is able to support the mortgage comfortably.
