I am a SPR , I have a budget 700k to 800k, I want a rental yield property about 4.5 % per annum .Any Advice ?

Hi, rental yield at Geylang district is about 4 to 5%. And I just brought a buyer to purchase a unit at 1Suite recently. Would you be keen to look at this project?

Highest Rental yield can be found in areas where there is low supply of 1BR condo with upcoming MRT station.
