I am a SPR and want to buy resale HDB flat. I am a first time buyer and want to know about stamp duty. I would like to buy HDB around S$ 400,000. So how much need to pay for stamp duty. Thanks

Morning Mr. Ye,

Only married PRs which PR or SC spouse are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit. The stamp duty payable for $400k unit is $6600.

I am marketing a 3 room flat unit at Blk 412 Bedok North Ave 2. Valuation is 355k and cov is only 15k, so asking would be 370k. This unit is only 7 mins walk to Bedok mrt and bus interchange.
