I am a SPR and my husband is SC. if I dispose my oversea property within 6months of the date of purchasing a resale flat, what's the max bank loan can we get? 80% or 60%?

Morning Ms. Chye, You will be able to get 80% loan since this is the first mortgage loan you holding in Singapore. Mortgage loan are dispersed upon getting the keys of your resale HDB unit. It's a requirement for you to sell away your overseas private property within 6 months from key collection else HDB have the rights to take back the unit from you.
