Good morning,

If you are age 55 or above, after selling off the private residential property, you will need to wait for a period of 15 months before you can purchase a 5room or bigger resale HDB. If you intend to get 2, 3 or 4 room flat, you can do so immediately.

Hi

If you are 55 years old and above, you can purchase resale hdb 4-room size and below immediately. If not you have to wait out 15 months before you are eligible for hdb resale 5-room size and above.

Just to confirm, yes, it's possible to proceed with the purchase if you're at least 55 years old if buying 4 room HDB and below.

Anything bigger than 5 room flat, there will be a 15 months wait out period before you can apply for purchase.

You can only purchase immediately if you are above 55 years old and buy 4R HDB or smaller. For EA or Maisonette you will have to wait 15 months. Hope this helps,
