I am a single who is trying to apply for a BTO with my wife-to-be.

However, she has a resale HDB and there is 3 more years before the MOP.

We intend to apply for the BTO under the HBD fiance/Fiancee scheme first.

So can we still apply for a HDB BTO?

Dear sir,

Unfortunately, you are ineligible to apply with your wife-to-be given that she is still under MOP. May I know why are you looking at BTO since your wife-to-be is already a HDB owner? In many cases I have came across, most couples prefer to have a single name under the HDB such that the other party is free to purchase another private property without ABSD.
