Afternoon,

As single below age of 35, you can only look into private condo. For that, you will need to work on the financing aspect. You will also need to consider the financing aspect for your mother and sister if you are the co-owner of the HDB unit which you are staying in now.

Hi, if you are referring to HDB, you are eligible to purchase a unit under Single Scheme upon reaching 35 years of age. So you may wish to wait for another 3 more years.
