I am a single PR and planning to buy condo instead. For i know i have no choice. Is there any readily available condo to move in with price maximum of 500K. now adays? With limited budget how does the 20% works and other fees? Any recommendations?

Hi mon,

In fact it is quite challenging to source for readily available condo around S$5xxK nowadays.

If you purchase a property of S$500K, you have to pay a minimum 20% cash, and also 3% of the Buyer's Stamp Duty (provided it is your 1st property), & the stamp duty works out to be S$9.6K. Not forgetting legal fees of not more than S$3K.
