I am a single approaching 35 in a year. I currently earn around 5500 gross per month (excluding bonus). I've got around 150k in CPF and 100k in cash. I'm interested in buying a 5 room in pasir ris st 51 to 53 overlooking the pasir ris park. Please advise on the price range and the COV needed. Thanks!

Dear Sir/Mdm, would recommend you look at a 5 room HDB, price range approx. S$ 530 K to S$ 580 K, COV approx. below S$ 10K. The better positioned blocks would be Blk 565 to 569, Blk 537 to 543.
