I am a Singaporean who sold my condo last April 2013. I am planning to buy a 2 br EC in the North (AMK, Yishun or Sembawang), East (Paya Lebar, Tanah Merah) or West (Buona Vista, Farrer Road, Botanic Gardens). When am I allowed to buy an EC and am I qualified to use the $30k grant for first time buyer since I didnt use it before?

Dear Mr Bool, You will be allowed to book a unit of EC after 30 months have lapsed after you sold your condo. You are also eligible to apply for the housing grant if you have not 1.
