Afternoon,

If you don't mind not getting housing grant and HDB loan, you can always look unit resale HDB units. There is no income limit for such purchase but if you do have any private property at hand, you are required to have your ownership removed within 6 months from key collection.

Welcome back home to Singapore. I believe your problem is a happy one which many other Singaporeans would love to be facing such an issue, since you have the luxury of still purchasing a resale HDB although no CPF grant will be provided.

My advise right now for you is to conduct a financial assessment to determine what is a comfortable price range you should work on before moving on to househunting.

I lived overseas for 3 years too and understand your concerns about finding accomodation back in Singapore.

Would you need short term accomodation when you returned?
