Hi,

For new EC, If total household income is significantly higher than 12K, chances are slim. If not, you can try appealing with HDB. Some components of the income may not need to be calculated for the EC application. May I have more details so I can value-add further? Thanks.

Warm regards

Hi Mrs Euphoria, if both of your income has exceeded 12k by a couple of hundred dollars, then your appeal case would be higher.

Hi,

You may wish to appeal, although please note it is case by case. I have worked on a similar case before and will be able to share more on the procedure and go over possible solutions at no obligation and no costs.

My company manages most or rather all of the ECs- Ecopolitan, /Westwoods/Skypark/Terrace/Bellewoods/Bellewaters and many more! You name it, we have it. As such, I will be able to disseminate information and pricing details at the quickest due to being from the developer sales team.

Let's catch up at 96659926  and allow me to walk you through this process seamlessly! Furthermore, no agent fees is involved, with the entire technicalities of the purchase resting on my shoulders to best protect and maximize your interest.

Evening,

Exceeding the income cap by a fraction can still be worked out by writing to HDB for appeal. Otherwise, you can always opt for resale EC, if all fails.

Hi Euphoria,

If your combined income exceeds slightly, you can try to appeal but it will be based on case by case basis.

But if it's a huge difference, you might want to consider purchasing a resale HDB or private property.

If you need any assistance or advice in your property purchase, feel free to contact me. Cheers!

Hi,

If your income has slightly exceeded, an appeal may still work. Generally, I would say the threshold is about 5% (i.e. $600) but of course it depends on the developer as your appeal will have to go through the developer of the EC you are looking to purchase. There are other factors that can be taken into consideration when appealing.

Do give me a call so that I can clarify further.
