Hi Olivia,

Congrats on your impending marriage!

As for your dreams of owning your own home, you don't have to worry, because what you have read, that's only applicable for PR-PR forming a family nucleus. As you're a Singaporean, both of you can safely apply under the fiance fiancee scheme. There is no need for him to fulfill 3 years of PR.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Hi Olivia,

You are eligible to use finance-Financee since you are a Singaporean for both BTO (Direct purchase) & resale.

Next thing is to apply for HLE to confirm what type of flat and in which area to starts your home hurt.
If you intend to take up bank loan, then proceed to get a preferred bank and get an IPA to start with.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636  , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
