You are only eligible to purchase private condos/ apartments or landed in Sentosa as a single SPR.

If you want to be eligible for resale HDB, you have to be married with a Singaporean or SPR (at least 3 years).

Since you are not selling off your current property, you can only purchase another condo. Do note that ABSD of 10% will be payable for the purchase of your second property.
