I am a Singapore PR but my husband is on a social visit pass. Am I eligible to purchase an EC?

Hi Stephanie. Sad to reveal that your status as a PR is not eligible for an EC. However, there are options in the market where you can still purchase private New Launch of price affordable like EC; of reasonable size & location of course Huttons itself has more than 50% share in New Launch to choose from.
