I am a SIngapore PR and married to a SIngaporean Citizen. We have 1 Singaporean child. How can we buy a landed property if i cant get LDU approval? If she buys under her name, we both need to pay the mortgage. So what would happen if she were to pass away? Would the property be taken away from me and the children?
