I am a Singapore P/R and interested in buying a landed property what approval do I require and is this approval applicable for all freehold property inclusive of Condo

Hi Kapadia,

If as a PR you wish to buy landed property, it's rather difficult to get LDAU permission these days.

I am marketing a landed townhouse, one of the rare ones with condo status. I.e , PRs and foreigner eligible to buy without any further approval. 3 storey layout like a terrace house but with all advantages of a condo and full facilities. Please contact me if you're considering D15/16 east coast.

For Landed homes purchase you need to get an approval from LDAU. You may call me up on 93380071 and shall let you know about the documentation needed.
