I am a Singapore citizen, while my spouse is a PR. We intend to purchase our first private property together. Are we subjected to the 5% stamp duty for pr? What is the stamp duty we are looking at?

Morning TL,

To what I know, married SC and PR couple who are buying their first property as matrimonial unit will be exempted from ABSD.
