I am a Singapore citizen and as a first time buyer, what is the cost breakdown for purchasing a 1.1m resale condo, and what's the timeline for the down payment? I have 90k in CPF and 100k cash - wld I be eligible for such a purchase? Also, as buyer for a private condo, do I have to pay the agent commission fee?
