you can purchase a HDB (resale/ BTO 2RM flat) under non citizen spouse scheme after both of you are legally married. In order to be eligible under fiance/ fiancee scheme, your fiance must be at least a SPR.
You are eligible for CPF housing grant which might differ depending on resale (Singles grant etc) or BTO purchase.
There will be two appointments for you to attend if you go for resale flats. Downpayments will differ depends on which type of loan (HDB or bank) you are taking and how much can you obtain.
Do take note that the loan assessment will be based on your income only cause your spouse is a foreigner.
