I am a SC currently own a 3-room flat and now looking to upgrade to a 4-5 room flat in Bishan. My budget is around 600K. What is the possibility of getting one? Alternatively, I would like to purchase an EC from the open market, with that kind of budget, any possibility of getting one in the North, not further than AMK?

Afternoon,

To purchase a 4 room flat in Bishan with $600k is highly likely. It would then depend on your preferred unit size and actual location and age of the unit. As for 5 room flat, you might be running abit ahort. As for EC with AMK and Bishan, $600k is definitely out of budget.
