Hi Paul,

For PR to buy landed property or cluster housing, you need to apply for approval from SLA. Recetnly, they announce the rules will be tighten and less PR will be eligible.

Therefore, may I suggest that you consider townhouse, townhouse are similar to cluster housing, usually with condo within the same project.

As you are a PR - you need to take the LDAU approval. For this you can visit the SLA website and they would ask you to come down with your financials and other info.
