I am a PR and I need to buy an Executive Condo which is immediately available for Shifting In. We understand that the Legal Process needs 2 months but we are ready to pay 2-3 months Rent untill we get the Ownership. We wish to buy and pay advance for the EC. Is this possible and would owners oblige to accept such a Short Term Rental Contract before Ownership?

Hi Asha,
Normal procedure will take around 3 months.
You can find a short term rental first while searching for your place.
Have you work out your sums and fees for the EC?

Hi, Asha Nair,
Choose the vacant EC you are favorite first, then discuss with the owner to rent this unit for short term, after sign tenancy agreement you go forward to sign option to purchase.
