I am a PR and holding HDB fully paid. I want to buy a private condo holding HDB. What are the rules around this?

Even though your HDB has been fully paid but have your unit fulfill its applicable minimum occupation period?

Maybe share with me more information about your situation and I will assess whether you are eligible to purchase a condo.
