I am a PR, and have just divorced with my singaporean wife in August 2018. Currently the care and control of my 2 children is solely given to my ex wife.

I have remarried in Dec 2018 to my new wife who is from China and is currently holding a long distance pass,and I want to buy over this flat from my ex-wife. Can I purchase over the flat with my new wife current status?

As a PR/FR family nucleus, you will not be eligible to purchase a HDB flat. You could however purchase a private residential property.
