1) If you are divorced SPR with children under legal custody.
2) You will only be eligible under the Public Scheme for resale HDB flat.
3) You must be an SC under your condition to be eligible for BTO under the Public Scheme.

I am afraid to inform you that you are not eligible to apply for new BTO if you are a divorced SPR with child under 21 YO because you are not a SC.

You can consider to buy a resale HDB with your child if he/ she is under your legal custody, care and control.
