Hi,

If you are intending to get a landed property in SG, you will need to go thru SLA to get LDU approval. I will not speculate on approval rate as I do not know your situation thus I will rate it as a case by case basis. But most importantly if you feel that this is a good time to purchase a landed property, your first step is to get an approval. As for cluster development in some cases, PR and foreigner is eligible as there are some projects that may still need LDU approval as well. So you may want to confirm these information before committing.
