Ms Low, the procedure is simple.
But there are some complications in getting a bank loan. You might want to identify the type of property and budget 1st. The local government has recently introduced a Total Debt Servicing Ratio that makes it a long process to get a loan approval. On top of that, foreigners have to pay an additional 15% Foreigner Stamp Duty...
At this point, I am not sure if you still want to move ahead. But seriously, if you are buying for investment purpose, Singapore has still got some properties worth looking at.
