Which location are you more keen in? New launches might suit your budget.
In fact there are quite a number of new launches that are near MRT and NUS at the moment.
Btw you have to bear in mind as foreigners, you will subject to additional buyer's stamp duty of 10% on top of normal buyer's stamp duty of (3% x purchase price) - $5,400.
