I am a foreigner and worked at singapore. I want to buy a private condo, but I don't know the policy or whether it is affordable for me.
For example, if owner ask 800K for a unit, how much cash need I prepare to complish this deal. Can your give me list:
how much for the first pay
how much for agent
how much for tax
how much for lawyer etc

Hi,

Dependent on your bankloan. Generally for foreigners, bank will approve up to 70% max.

Cash = 30% = $240k
Stampduty = $18,600
