The booking fee is

a. 5% ($40,000) must be cash by cheque or cashier order

b. 15% ($120,000) can be cash by cheque/cashier order or CPF. The rest of 80% can be bank loan.

c. Stamp Duty is 3%-5400 ($18,600). Must be cash and if you are using CPF to pay for your property, you can seek reimbursement via your lawyer from CPF. This has to be paid within 14 days of signing the Developer S&P.
