Based on the resale requirements, you are eligible to purchase a resale flat. The important thing is if your finances is sufficient to support your purchase of the resale unit. The lowest price quoted in propertyguru for a 2rm flat currently is around $260k. It will be good if you are able to approach a banker to determine how much can you loan and based on your existing savings with CPF, to determine your financial portion of the purchase.

You are eligible for single scheme hence you can purchase 2 room resale lfat from the market. As to whether you are financially able to purchase such unit would depend on your current CPF OA balance, cash savings and how much loan you can get. A banker can assist us to get the answers where we can proceed on with the next stage.
