i am a divorcee and had already taken up 2 HLE loan. My current partner and i will like to buy a resale, can we both be the owner of the house but only apply HLE under his name only? (he is a first timer)

2) If your name is included, you might be rejected entirely from the HLE application.
3) You can still be the owner servicing the mortgage utilizing your CPF.
4) Just ensure that OTP bears your name as one of the buyers.
