I am a 40 years old single Singaporean. Income around 4.5k (gross) and CPF Savings around 180k (OA). If including the single grants, grant for purchase a resale flat near my parents and as a first timer, is it possible to buy a 3 or 4 room resale flat at Commonwealth or
Ghim Moh? Currently staying at Commonwealth with my parents.

Dear sir/madam,

The highest possibility will be a resale 3 room flat, however, that also depends on your available cash funds on hand for the purchase. Have you applied for HLE to find out on your loan eligibility as well as quantum? This will be critical in your purchase plans.
