I am a 35 years old single citizen and would like to buy a 4 room resale flat in punggol. I have 100k cash and 150k CPF with a monthly pay of 4k. Please advise the maximum bank loan I can borrow. Thank!

Afternoon,

Are you getting HDB loan or bank loan, as their calculation differ. I can get my banker to assist you accordingly and we can work out on your financial responsibility for the oncoming purchase.

Good afternoon buyer,

Do allow my banker to advise you on your in principle approval so you can gauge how much bank loan can you obtain. If you are keen in HDB loan instead, do apply for HLE on HDB website.

Hi.
Good afternoon. You should not have any issues with bank loan if you do not have any loans. An estimation will be in the range of $410K-$450K. It will be best to get an approval in principle from a banker. Lets discuss in details if I can assist you in getting a house.
