Hi Cherylin,

1) You are eligible to buy any resale HDB flat types under the Non-Citizen Spouse scheme.
2) The average household income ceiling is $14k to be eligible for grants under the Non-Citizen Spouse scheme.
3) Therefore you are eligible for
(a) The CPF housing scheme of $25k if purchase flat is 4-rm and below, $20k for 5-rm or bigger.
(b) The proximity grant of $10k if your purchase flat is within 4km from your parents.
4) You are also eligible for the HDB loan.
