Maybe let my banker advise you on your in principle approval first so you can gauge how much can you obtain for your 80% bank loan. How about your initial outlay (20% downpayment, estimated 3% buyer's stamp duty and 5% additional buyer's stamp duty as a SPR)? How much cash and CPF OA funds do you have?

Hi, you could get a 1 bedroom unit from those newly launched project. If budget is a big concern, I'm afraid condo in Geylang will be the only choice. But the good thing about this area is that most of the property are Freehold. And I have brought quite a couple of buyers to new launch projects at Geylang.
