Hi, assuming purchase price of 500K with HDB loan of 90%, the min cash is around 12K. Please drop an email for me to share the cost break down and the procedures.

I am contactable at my mobile or email.

Evening,

The figures will differ based on bank loan and HDB loan since the down payment percentage is not the same. Assuming that you are taking HDB loan, 10% down payment is required. With $100k CPF, you would have more than enough to settle the down payment for purchase at $500k.

Do feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Hi

Assuming the purchase price is 500k and you are taking a HDB loan, the down payment will be 10% in CPF. Rest of the 90% will be loan from HDB and if your HDB loan cannot cover the 90%, you will need to top up in cash.

If you are taking a bank loan, the down payment will be 5% cash and 15% in CPF.

Feel free to contact me if you have further queries.

Thank you.
