I am 44 year old right now I am a single parent with 5 children in my cpf acc I have about $100,000 need to buy a 3 room unit at woodland or marsiling area can guru help me to look for housing loan .I am looking for unit about $ 250.000 to $ 280.000 thanks currently staying with sister at and working as civil servant

Hi, I just did a quick check for you and the current asking prices for a 3-room HDB flat in Woodlands/Marsiling area are between $280k to $380k. With $100k in your CPF Ordinary account, it is not a problem for you to buy a 3-room flat.

However, you will have to take note of other additional cash outlays involved in the purchase of a resale HDB flat.
