1) Yes, 2 single siblings (SC & >35 years old for single/unmarried) can purchase under joint single scheme. The only condition is there are no other siblings who had buy/own HDB under joint single scheme.
2) You and your sibling can receive 2x single grants for the purchase provided both of you did not apply and receive single grant before; equals $30k.
3) You and your sibling can receive 2x proximity grants for the purchase provided both of you did not apply and receive single grant before, which equals $20k.
4) If you had applied and received any of the mentioned grants, you just deduct accordingly.
5) You may dispose of your HDB after the purchase, as long as it is done within 6 months upon key collection of the new purchase.
